We’re here to help.
Prose & Concerts is where you keep the record of every show you’ve been to — concerts, comedy, and theater — with photos, memories, and the people who were there with you. We’re currently an invitation-only beta for iOS, Android, and the web.
How to get help
The best way to reach us is email. Whether it’s a bug, a question about your account, or anything else — write to us and we’ll take a look.
hello@proseandconcerts.comIs Prose & Concerts open to everyone right now?
Not yet. We’re in a closed, invitation-only beta: signing up (including with Google or Apple) is checked against an approved list before an account is created. Email us if you’d like to be considered — that doesn’t guarantee access (who’s admitted during the beta is the founders’ call), but it’s the way to ask. One tip: if you sign up with Apple, choose “Share My Email” — “Hide My Email” creates a relay address we can’t match to an invitation.
How do I delete my account?
From Settings, choose “Delete my account.” That signs you out immediately and hides your profile and everything you’ve logged. Changed your mind? Sign back in and it’s restored — no separate reactivation step. If you’d like a copy of your data first, you can download it from Settings before you go.
What happens to my photos and videos?
Private by default, visible only to you. Sharing them is your choice — making that memory public, or tagging a friend who accepts, is what shares it. Removing a photo or video hides it right away; we keep the file for 30 days in case that was a mistake, then delete it for good.
How do I report a problem or another member?
On the web, look for the Report link near a comment, thread, or Hits Different entry — it goes straight to a moderator queue (you’ll need to be signed in). In the app, you can also report or block a specific member directly from their profile. For anything else, or a concern the in-app tools don’t cover, email us and we’ll take a look.
