Josh was part of the show! (notice his face in the pictures below. He was adamant that he would not be participating in the show beforehand) Kevin plopped down next to him for a card trick so he had no choice. And he had already deferred to me for an earlier trick. The show was fantastic. I have zero idea how he does these tricks. He even stumped my mother, who correctly guessed the ending of The Six Sense about 10 minutes in. It may not be actual magic, but it sure feels like it. Street Magic was my favorite bit, followed closely by how well he dealt with the SF tech bros that were trying to guess how the tricks worked. Absolutely roasted them. Sadly, we didn't get to take the Tommy/Josh card home. The venue is a four minute walk from House of Nanking so it’s safe to say we all had tummy aches. A truly magical afternoon all around.
