I didn't know a lot about Lewis Capaldi going in, other than that Josh's mom was into seeing him. And that he obviously has an incredible voice. Like, this man belts without ever seeming to try. What I didn't know is that he also has severe anxiety and Tourette syndrome. He was fresh from a two year hiatus he'd taken from performing, and mentioned that he'd been at The Greek just before and struggled during that show. But he did not appear to struggle on May 3rd. He fucking rocked it. It was really endearing to hear him speak so openly about what he'd been through, and to watch his triumphant return to the stage. Go Lewis!

I didn't really know who Lewis Capaldi was before the concert... Very glad I went. He was amazing. Great sense of (dark) humor. Saw with: Stephanie, Hannah, Mommy
